Improve your Skincare with 33 tips
Hello Dolls and Gents,
Today I am bring you 33 skincare tips to help get you skin in tip top shape and clearer skin. It's okay, if you have heard of these tips, I just learned of few of them.
- Green tea is packed with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, fighting off bacteria and free radicals that can harm your skin. Try drink at least one cup of green tea a day.
- Vitamin E Oil heal scars, but used sparingly on face. Dab some over the scars at bedtime to let the oil work overnight.
- As season changes, so should your skincare. Heavy cream for the fall and winter and lightweight cream in spring and summer.
- Make washing your face in the morning and nighttime a routine .
- Use retinoids at night to help prevent acne and fade spots, treating the areas overnight.
- Use 100% tea tree oil on your acne before bedtime.
- Learn which skin type you have, you can learn how to treat it.
- Clean your makeup brush every two weeks or sp. Then deep clean every month.
- Do not over wash your face. Thoguh clean skin leads to clear skin, washing too vigorously or too often can irritate skin and do more harm than good.
- Avoid oil-based foundation and other cosmetics products, as oil will clog pores and cause breakouts.
- Use a toner, if you have oily skin. Any excess makeup and bacteria will be removed and you'll have fresh skin.
- Apple cider vinegar works as a toner to help clear your skin by balancing your pH levels. Try drinking a tablespoon of it a day to cure acne from the inside out.
- Try a face mask about once a week, but do not overuse it (like everyday).
- Control oily skin with African Black Soap
- Do you have dry flakes near your nose, take a pea size amount of dandruff shampoo while in the shower to help the situation
- Shorten the lifespan of a pimple by applying ice on it for a few minutes.
- Products containing almonds can help moisturize your skin and lighten dark circles.
- An overnight facial that works while your sleep is key.
- Rosewater is both balancing and soothing, making it great for all skin types to even out redness and calm any irritation.
- Use lemon to help brighten up your skin and fade dark spots and acne scars.
- Use cold black tea to prevent an oily face.
- Slather on sour cream for smooth skin.
- Make sure to moisturizer right out of the shower.
- Drinking cold water helps prevent redness.
- Use decongestant to fight pimples.
- Soy milk brighten skin naturally.
- Do not use the same towel on your face and hair.
- Refrigerate your eye gel/cream.
- Slather honey on your face while in the bath/showe.
- Use oatmeal as a gentle exfoliant, perfect for sensitive skin.
- Avoid facial right before a big night.
- Ease sensitive skin with antioxidants.
- Apply sunscreen pre-airplane.

These are some great tips and tricks. Could you post your skin routine and maybe go into depth about each skin type and what products are need. I know that is a lot to ask, but I think it would helpful.
ReplyDeleteI definitely want to post about my skincare routine, but I want to get all my products and restock on a couple items. I will take it into consideration when writing my next couple blog posts, maybe it will do a mini series.
