Copper Pink Prom Makeup Tutorial
Hello Dolls and Gents,
I'm baaaack!!!! I'm finally done my final exams and university. I am so proud of myself for completing my program. Anyways, you are not here to hear about how I finished school. You are here for a prom makeup tutorial. There is a little reason and story behind this tutorial actually.
My prom was three years ago and when I look back at the photos. I regret how I blended my foundation, my brows were not on fleek, and my eyeshadows was barely there. So,I thought of many different looks to show you guys for prom, but I wanted to create a look that I wish I did on my prom. So, if I could go back to prom and do my makeup differently, this is what I will do. I add a pop of blue because I love that coral and blue complement each other and I was a nice pop of colour for my prom dress.

Tutorial
- Prime your face. I primed my face with MUFE Mattifying Primer.
- Fill and shape brows. I filled in my brows with the ABH Dipbrow Pomade in Ebony with BH Brush #11. I cleaned my brows with L.A. Girl Pro Conceal in Espresso.
- Prime the lids and set. I primed my lids with L.A. Color Jumbo Pencil in Sea Shells and set with 'WHITE CHOCOLATE' from Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette with Jessup Large Fluff brush.
- Apply warm orange transition colour. I applied 'SALTED CARAMEL' from Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette with BH brush #6 in the upper crease. I applied this transition colour with my eye open.
- Apply warm midtone brown under transition colour. I applied 'SEMI-SWEET' from Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette below 'SALTED CARAMEL' with the same BH brush #6. I applied the colour with my eye open.
- Apply dark rich brown to outer v and crease. I applied 'TRIPLE FUDGE' in my crease and outer v with the Jessup small tapered blending brush. I applied this colour with my eye open.
- Apply a copper pink shade to lid. I applied '6-Icy Pink' from the Hard Candy Glam Kit Eyeshadow Palette to my lid with Jessup Concealer brush wet. I then applied 'GARNET' from LORAC Pro Palette on top of the first shade. This shade on the ball of the eye, did not go on the whole lid.
- Blend rich dark brown with copper pink shade. I use the Jessup small tapered blending brush with no extra product and blend the edge into the lid shade.
- I lined my eye with Essence Gel Liner in Midnight Paris with BH brush #11. I went on top of the gel liner with NYC Liquid Liner to clean the wing liner.
- Apply mascara, lashes, waterline and shadow. I applied mascara on my top and bottom lashes with Maybelline Great Lashes and applied Yegz lashes. I lined my waterline with Essence eyeliner in Tu-Tu Turquoise. I applied 'TRIPLE FUDGE' from Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette to the lower lash line with Jessup Small Tapered Blending brush.
- Colour Correct and apply Foundation. I colour correct around my mouth and acne scars with L.A. Girl Pro Conceal in Orange Corrector. I applied MAC Studio Fix and Maybelline SuperStay Foundation to my face with blend out with Real Techniques Buffing Brush.
- Cream Highlight and Contour. I mixed L.A. Girl Pro Conceal in Toast and Medium Beige and applied under my eyes, forehead, bridge of nose, cupid's bow. I applied L.A. Girl Pro Conceal in Mahogany to my cheekbone, temples, down the side of my nose, and jawline. I blending everything out with Real Techniques Contour brush.
- Set entire face. I set my face with Ruby Kisses Mineral Powder in Cognac with Jessup Tapered Face brush.
- Apply blush and highlight. I applied Jordana blush in Cinnamon Spice with Jessup Blush brush and the 'GOLDEN HIGHLIGHT' from Missy Lynn palette with the Jessup Tapered Highlighter brush to top of cheekbone, cupid's bow, and down the nose. I applied the highlight to the inner corner of my ear with the e.l.f eyeshadow brush.
- Lip Colour. I lined my lips with L.A. Girl Lip Pencil in Espresso and fill my entire lips with this pencil. I applied Spiked Rum on top and then Siren as well. I top it off with MUFE Artist Plexi Gloss in 202.
I suggest using a setting spray after you are done doing your makeup, so everything is lock and ready to go.
