Buy it or Leave it | Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick in Potion

I'm bringing you another buy it or leave it tonight. As you can see from the title, I am going to be talking about the Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick. Now, I know the hype around liquid lipstick. From what everyone has said, the ABH liquid lipstick is amazing. So, I decided to try it out before I went to purchase some on my own. So, on Thursday I went to dinner and movies with some of my classmates and when finished dinner we had a little time to burn, so we went to Sephora. I saw that they improved the ABH section, I saw the liquid lipstick and decided to try one on. I chose to try Potion. My application for this lip colour was not the greatest, but the colour looked gorgeous, I NEVER WEAR COLOUR THIS DEEP. This colour was a part of my Color IQ lip matches for my #2R14. Keep reading, for my final thoughts on this products.

Thoughts
The shade is describe as 'deepest plum'. Swatched it look almost like a dark eggplant colour. If you looking for the lipstick version, I think the best option would be MAC Instigator. The application of the liquid lipstick applied beautifully. It has a mousse-like consistency. After applying it, it had a little tacky feeling, I thought the tacky feeling was going to go when it was completely dry, however the tacky feeling was still there, after it was completely dry. When I pressed my lips together, I could feel the tacky feeling. I applied the liquid lipstick at the Sephora store around 8:50 pm and I wore it until 11:53 pm. Luckily, I went to the movies, so I eat popcorn and a drink. The colour stayed put for the rest of the night, but the place where my straw touched on my lips wore off by the end of the night. Photos below, so you can see what I am talking out. When I got home to know if it was transferproof, it is transfer proof, however when you take your finger and swipe your lips like you are applying lip balm, there is a transfer of colour.

Verdict
Overall, I do understand the hype around the ABH liquid lipstick. The liquid lipstick mousse like consistency feel amazing on the lips. I definitely like this product and maybe I will be getting some of these colour to try and play around with. For me, it is but it, the colour selection is good so far and there are a lot of uniques colour.
