PRODUCT REVIEW | NYX LIQUID SUEDE CREAM LIPSTICK
Hello Dolls and Gents,
So, now that it is officially summer, that means the bold lip colour can come through and make a statement. I have the chance to try the NYX Liquid Suede Lipstick and I actually think I like it. I have been wanting to try this lip product when it was released and going to the the NYX Event, I got the chance to try and swatch some of the colours. I thought today, I would review two of the colour I have had the opportunity of trying out.
This NYX Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick came out because of the liquid lip trends that is going on, but this lip product was different than what was anticipated. These NYX Liquid Suede Cream comes first came in 7 shades and recently NYX has added 12 SPANKING NEW SHADES, making in total 19 shades.
I have tried some liquid lipstick, but I have not committed to purchasing some, but these are the first two liquid lipstick in my collection. These NYX Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick are vibrant colour with a pigmented matte finish that is waterproof.

These Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick comes in a chubby little barrel with a sponge applicator. The details of the product is written across the bottle. The name of the colour is written on the bottle and the number is at the bottom of the bottle. It houses 0.13 ounces of product in the barrel. |

Formula, Texture and Consistency
The formula of the Liquid Suede Cream is thin and lightweight, which make it very comfortable to wear on the lips. The texture of suede lipstick is extremely creamy and buttery like. It glides on the lip no problem. These are a few strikes in the application, but applying another layer allows for a full right and pigmented lip colour. The consistency of these lipstick is thin, so it is easy to apply onto the lips.

Longevity and Dry Time
The wear time on these lipstick can last up to 5 or 6 hours, all depending on what I was going to eat that day. If I went out and didn't eat, then it lasted more than 6 hours. If you are eating, this lipstick will transfer onto your cup, utensils and even your food! The longer you wear this suede lipstick it starts to fade, leaving a stain on your lips, so your lip colour is not completely gone. The dry time of these lipstick are about five minutes. It doesn't not dry completely matte as soon as it applies as liquid lipstick. It takes this product a while to completely dry, but when it does dry, it is not uncomfortable in the lip. I did not notice any bleeding or moving of the product while it was on my lips. However, it does flake off and crack a bit. |

Thoughts
I really enjoy wearing these suede lipstick. It is perfect for anyone who does not want to commit to wearing liquid lipstick. Wearing this reminds me a lot of the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream, but more moisturizing and hydrating on the lips. I would highly recommend you exfoliating your lips before applying these because when they dry they will emphasize the imperfects of your lips. I enjoying the colours that I have chosen, both bold colours but perfect for summer. There is a little fragrance to this, but it disappears when it dries on your lips. Also, you can feel that there is lipstick on your lips, but it nothing to crazy. I also find that though it dries completely matte, there is some tackiness to the products when you press your lips together. Other than that, again I really enjoy this product, there are some mixed reviews, but I haven't tried all the colour and I started off with the brightest ones. I would recommend for anyone who wants to wear liquid lipstick, but does not want to commit to the dryness.I hope you enjoyed this post.
