Hey Dolls and Gents,

As many of you know, I wanted to build my skincare routine and try to fit products that fit my face and works for me perfectly. In my last skincare post, I showed you some products that I wanted to try out and see if it work for me. Well, here is an update, I have not purchased anything on that list because one I need money and two I need a job. So, since I do not have a huge income to work with I thought I would share with you my drugstore skincare products that I have been using to clear up my skin.

Here is a little background on my skin. I have a very oily nose, enlarged pores, hyperpigmentation, dark spots, blemishes and some time acne. My skin has been acting out for few months, but I stop my skin when I did not have the chance to restock well in school. I know, but that is student life. So, when I came home, it was literally my mission to clear up my skin.

The products that I am going to discuss it want is help out my skin right now, but my skin care will change by the end of the year. Oh, if you are wondering if I still use the Clarisonic, I don't cause it died out on me, so I am thinking of purchasing the Vanity Planet Ultimate Spa Set, because it is way cheaper than the Clarisonic.

MORNING ROUTINE

Biore Blemish Fighting Ice Cleanser

Perfect for blemish/acne and the morning
I used this face wash every morning because it helps fight the blemishes/acne. I found that is perfect for the morning because it has tingling sensation to the face, which helps wake me up in the morning. It is not drying on the skin and it doesn't not have a fragrance to to it at all. I recommend this cleanser to combo/oily skin  because it not drying, but it does a good job of clean the skin without stripping all the moisture.

St. Ives Green Tea Scrub

Perfect to clear blackheads, blemishes, and acne
Almost everyone loves this scrub because it does a amazing job of removing blackheads, acne and blemishes. It has 2% salicylic acid in it which is perfect for combo/oily skin. I used this scrub everyday because it is not too abrasive on the skin. It is gentle exfoliant that gets the job done.

Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion

Perfect for sensitive skin and keep skin hydrated
I have been using this moisturizer since I was a little kid, though my face is not that sensitive. I do have have eczema, so this moisturizer is good at helping calm down my eczema. It also keep my skin moisturizes and it is not to heavy on the skin. It is a light moisturizer that works great and it has a fragrance. If you are sensitive to fragrance, I would not recommend this for you.

NIGHT TIME ROUTINE

Neutrogena Deep Clean Cleanser

Perfect for a deep clean. Remove makeup, oil and impurities
I have a love/hate relationships with this cleanser. I seem to hate because I feel like it does nothing for my skin and you need a lot of product to get a proper clean. I love that it remove all my makeup of the day. I used this in the night because I am looking for a deep clean for skin when my day comes to an end. I still looking for a cleanser to totally replace this, but as for now I will go back to this.

St. Ives Apricot Scrub

Perfect of  blemish control and removing dead skin
This scrub has been a part of my teenage years and I always go back to this. I use this scrub every three days or when my skin is peeling like crazy when I used my acne medicine. It remove all of the dead skin on my face and help keep my blemishes and acne at bay. I know in the morning I used products that diminish blemishes/acne, but this is an extra step I take to just to help maintain and control them. I also used this to exfoliate my lips. I do not see it minimizing my pores, there was a time when I use this everyday and my pores looked the same.

Acne Lotion

Helps keep my skin clear, even if I do not have these other products. My ride or die!
This acne cream has saved my life as teenage. I know, everyone that in ending of 7 or 8 and to high school, their skin broke out like crazy. My skin did not do that because of this cream. This cream is actually my mom, but it told me to use it to help keep my skin clear since it was 14. Well, mom you are right! I found if I do not have this cream, my skin breaks out like crazy, it weird. I used this in nighttime and sometime the day time, all depending on what my skin if doing and feel in that moment. I also found that it makes my skin peels and should not be applied under the eyes, it burns like hell!

St. Ives Timeless Collagen Moisturizer

Perfect for night time! Hydrates the skin
This moisturizer is perfect for the night time. It is collagen moisturizer which help rebuild the skin, it is also good for fine line and wrinkles. I like this moisturizer because I want hydrate in the night time to help balance my combination skin.

Pure Coconut Oil

Can be used for any part of the body and cooking!
I know that everyone has been loving coconut oil, but here recently I have been using it to help keeping my under eyes hydrated. I do not use a eye cream in the morning, so in the night I use coconut oil to really hydrate under my under eyes.

Here is my current skincare routine. I found more products to try out and my routine may change in the matter of weeks or months, but I will update at the end of year. What is your skincare routine? Become a member of this blog, it is free! See you in my next post!
