Before, we get into the Sephora haul. I wanted to quickly mention that I have the honoured of being a part of the Top 100 Canadian Beauty Bloggers. I found out this about almost a month ago and I couldn't believe. Now, that we have talked about a mini moment, we can talk about my Sephora haul.
I have a kinda big Sephora haul. I never buy these many items when I go to Sephora, but I thought it would be a great birthday treat for myself. I got a mix of skincare and makeup items in this haul.
This haul post will be different from my other ones because I showed each item, but I talked about what I got and linked them. I think that is better and I will be able to get the content out faster for you.
Okay, let’s get started. I got the new ABH Soft Glam Palette. When ABH announced that they will be releasing this palette, I knew that I had to have it. It was the perfect everyday soft glam palette. There are some colours from the Modern Renaissance, but nonetheless, it is a beautiful palette. Get ready for a review and tutorial. I picked the Laura Mercier Translucent Powder in Medium Deep Powder. If you guys remember, I talked about this powder when it was first released and I hadn’t tried this colour, but I have tried the original one and I like this powder.
I restocked on the Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer because I enjoyed it and I wanted to compare it to the NYX Angel Veil primer. I finally picked my Fenty Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Foundation in the shade 460. My Sephora was sold out of 470, which is my summer shade. I went for 460 Deep Cool, which matched my undertone of my chest and the rest of my body. I picked up some skincare products. I got the full size of Ole Henriksen Find Your Control Cleanser. I really enjoyed the travel size and I decided that it was a good cleanser for me and my combination skin. I also got a full size of the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel. It is the best moisturizer for combination and oily skin. Gel moisturizer is the best type of moisturizer for combination skin and it sinks into the skin and hydrates the skin.
