Beauty Guide : Blushes For Different Skin Tones
Hello Dolls and Gents,
Hope everyone is having great week so far. Today , I wanted to discuss blushes because I don't own any blushes and I found that when beginning in makeup, you do all your research and try out so many products that may or may not work for your skin tone. It really comes from us watching our favourite YouTubers and trying to use the same colour blush on ourselves, but we find that is does not appear on our skin, look ashy or clownish.

In my previous post, I discussed the proper application of blush for each face shape. Now that we know our face shape and how to apply blush to our face shape. Now we have look at how to choose the right blush colour for our skin tone. Also, we are going to look the the right blush formula for your skin type.
PALE/FAIR SKIN TONE
This is for those ladies and gents who easily get sunburned to light skinned. Your path for blush is always a subtle colour, not clownish. Always stick to lighter shade, because it will bring your look together create subtle flush of colour.
For porcelain
skin with warm undertones,go for a
blush with a peach undertone.

For ivory

MEDIUM SKIN
For all my medium skin tone ladies and gents, I would tell you to stay far away from blushes that are either too light or too dark.
Medium skin with yellow or olive undertone, go for deep peach/soft coral blush

Medium skin with cool undertone, go for a rosy pink blush

If you are between medium and dark, you would be "light dark skin", go
for a blush with a touch of cinnamon if
you are warm or neutral undertone.

OLIVE SKIN
For all my olive skin ladies and gents, because your complexion is a mix of both warm and cool, you look good in both warm and cool blushes. But when choosing the colour, try to go for a natural or mauve blush.

DARK SKIN
For all the medium dark to dark ladies and gents, finding the right colour to complement your carmel, deep tan, or cocoa complexion is a tricky task.

Dark Skin with warm undertones, go for a brick red or cool bright pink

DEEP SKIN
For my deep skin divas and kings, finding the right colour complement your is a job on it own. Not knowing the right colour to choose makes it hard for darker and deeper skin ladies and gents because y'all do not have a natural flush to the skin.

SKIN TYPE
When it comes to choosing the right blush formula, you need to what your skin type is. - If you have normal skin then the world of makeup is oyster. You can try almost any formula and it will most likely be a success.
- If you have dry skin then cream blushes are your best friends. Cream blushes are easier to blends and provide moisture on your skin.
- If you have combination skin then powder blush works very well for you. Powder blush will last a lot longer because your t-zone is oily and the cheek area is normal and there is less oily there.
- If you have oily skin then you can use either powder or gel blush. Powder blush will last much longer on your oily skin than cream would. A gel blush for oily provides an effortlessly glided on the skin rather than dry skin which is difficult to blend out.
